Great value on attar oils

This was my first time buying from Intense Oud. I was looking for some good attar oils and they had a decent selection. I got a concentrated fragrance oil and a small attar. Nice scents, fast delivery

Decent products, slow shipping

I bought some oud wood chips and an electric bakhoor burner from Intense Oud. The products themselves are good quality, no complaints there. The burner works well and the oud chips smell authentic when I use them. However, the shipping took a little longer than I expected, around 7 business days to get to me, which felt a bit slow for a US-based store. Everything was packaged securely though, nothing was damaged. Customer service was okay when I inquired about the shipping, they just said it was processing. Overall a positive experience, but the delivery time could be improved.

Pretty sure most perfume places don't take opened bottles back for hygiene reasons. I've never seen Intense Oud specifically say otherwise.

I'm in northern CA and it's always been pretty fast, like 4-6 business days. Not Amazon fast, but definitely not weeks either. Just plan a little ahead if it's a gift.
